JPJ. Efficient.
I must say that I'm quite impressed. I got to the JPJ in PJ at 7:50 in the morning as they're supposed to open at 8:15am. There was already a queue at the numbers counter.
Here's the bit that impressed me.
They actually started work at 8:05. I was number 27 in the queue. I was done and out of there at 8:20am.
Wow.

I had the same experience as you but at the national registration office. went to get a new ID and I was done in 5 minutes flat! I was so shocked and speechless :)
After years of experiencing being stuck for hours in some governmental service branch, I could get used to this. I'm glad to hear what you had to say in your comment, Nick. The National Rego Office is my next port of call!
